Questions & Answers

Understand It.
Then Try It.

What the service does, what stays in your hands, and what to establish before you begin.

What Am I Paying For?

The hosted offer provides the business capability behind the connection: a configured workflow, a place for its business information, and a structured way to receive supported requests. The small discovery file points an assistant to that capability. It is not the whole service. Your proposal should specify the setup work, included capabilities, and ongoing service.

Do I Have To Replace My Website?

No. The hosted approach can use a small discovery file on your existing website to point to your hosted workflow. A custom website or native integration is a separate option when the business needs it.

How Is This Different From A Business Listing Or A Text File?

A listing helps someone find your business. A discovery file tells a capable assistant where to learn about supported actions. The hosted workflow receives the required information and carries out the supported request. Publishing a description alone does not provide that order-intake service.

Keep your business listings and website information current alongside the workflow. Helping customers find you and giving their assistants a way to act serve different parts of the customer journey.

Can Every AI Assistant Use This Automatically?

An assistant needs the tools and permissions to read the discovery instructions and make the required requests. Compatibility depends on the assistant, its environment, and the task. In a guided experience, you can give it the discovery URL directly. That is different from automatic discovery by every AI product.

What Technology Connects The Assistant To My Business?

We use AIXE to describe available actions, their required information, business rules, and results. HAIXE is the hosted business capability surface. The discovery file on your site directs a capable assistant to those instructions.

AIXE is the protocol used by this service; its presence does not establish an official partnership or built-in integration with an AI provider. Ask for a demonstration in the assistant and environment you intend to use.

What Should I See In A Working Demonstration?

Start with one task that matters to your business. Watch the assistant read the offering, gather the necessary customer details, submit an authorized request, and report the system’s result. Then verify that the business received the correct request. If notifications or customer status updates are part of your proposal, include those steps in the demonstration.

Use a demonstration business or arrange a test with us. A working demonstration establishes that the demonstrated task can be completed in that environment; customer demand and order volume are separate results.

Will This Guarantee New Customers Or AI Search Placement?

No. Making a workflow accessible to an assistant establishes a capability. It does not guarantee search placement, recommendations, traffic, or orders. Evaluate the working experience separately from the business results you observe after launch.

Does Research Show That 40% Of Searches Start With AI?

The research cited on this site measures something more specific: Pew Research Center found that 42% of U.S. adults said they ever use AI chatbots to search for information in its February 17–23, 2026 survey. That is a share of people, not a share of searches or purchases. It does not measure orders placed by agents.

How Can I Tell Whether The Service Is Helping My Business?

Choose a review date and a practical goal before launch. Count genuine requests, how many you accept and fulfill, and the time spent handling them. Ask how customers found you so repeat customers, guided demonstrations, and newly acquired customers are distinguishable. Compare the value of completed work and any time saved with setup and ongoing costs.

Who Handles Fulfillment And Payment?

For the request-intake offering, your business reviews and fulfills the request and bills the customer through its normal process. Receiving a request is not the same as accepting a booking or collecting payment. Any additional payment or confirmation integration must be included in the agreed scope.

What Does Setup Include If My Price List Imports Quickly?

Importing offerings is one step. Setup also establishes the chosen workflow, required customer information, business rules, delivery destination, and discovery connection. The proposal should identify which of these are included for your business and how the completed workflow will be demonstrated.

How Do Cancellation And Promotional Rates Work?

Your written offer should state the setup charge, recurring price, any discount and its duration, the rate afterward, and how cancellation takes effect. A promotional quote may differ from the standard pricing page. Ask us to confirm the applicable terms before starting.

What Happens To My Data If I Leave?

Confirm the ownership, export format, retention period, and removal arrangements in your written agreement. The available export depends on the hosted workflow or custom application. Contact us about the exact data you need to retain before choosing a service.

How Are Unwanted Or Incorrect Requests Handled?

AIXE contracts describe the inputs and access requirements for each action. Those rules are not a guarantee against spam or false information. The business review step remains important. We should agree on the request controls, notifications, and handling process appropriate to your workflow.

Are The Projects Real Customers Or Demonstrations?

The portfolio describes website and application builds. It includes operating businesses, platforms, and explicitly labeled demonstrations such as Daisy’s Donuts. Inclusion is not a claim that every site is an independent paying customer or that every feature has measured adoption.
